If you purchase the BORDADO or FORTALEZA package we will collect you from Madrid, Alicante, Almería or Murcia airports and take you to the place that is to be your lodging during your stay. INSIGNES follows the European standard for language studies which classes the learning in 6 different levels, A1-A2-B1-B2-C1-C2.

By means of an online written test which must be done at least 7 days before the first day of the course.

Generally no. The level course you take will be decided by the online written test you will do at least a week before starting the course.

It’s a payment made to reserve your place in the course you book.

Our cultural activities take place in the afternoons, at night and at the weekends. There is a variety, from lectures on culture, history, art, current events, etc. to trips to visit important and significant Spanish cities, including visits to museums, monuments, bodegas or shows, which will depend on the time of year.

Any additional activities will be published a month in advance.

The optional activities vary in price depending on the type of activity, and are usually between 8€ for the school lunches and 200€ for the weekend trips.

Yes, by requesting it before purchasing your course we will arrange for you to do any activity of your choice outside the programmed events.

If you book in advance you will even be able to visit the San Fermines and Tomatina festivals, the Seville Fair, or make Saint Pauls trip (Camino de Santiago) with one of our teachers.

INSIGNES does everything possible to ensure that the activities will be within the reach of all our students. The school must be informed of any medical condition prior to booking.

Depending on your condition we will inform you of any possible limitations or restrictions you may encounter as a result.

We have shared apartments available for our students, with either individual and double rooms with shared bathrooms, or individual and double rooms with private bathrooms. All apartments are fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay (sheets, towels, hairdryer, washing machine, tableware and kitchenware, table etc.)
The electrical supply used in Spain is 220 Volts/AC. Possibly the sockets or plugs of electrical appliances are different from those used in your country, please check beforehand and bring an adaptor plug.

Yes, in cases of aggressive or inappropriate behaviour toward ones fellow students or staff members and the school facilities or lodging, or for failure to pay.
